Paying at PayPal without a PayPal account

All international credit/debit cards accepted, No PayPal account needed.

It's easy & take 3 minutes approximately.

Payments for Inspiring Wave are made at PayPal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither.

1. Once you check out, just click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

2. Enter your credit card's data

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

3. Select "No, I don't want an account now"

4. Click on "Pay Now"

5. Finally, Thanks for your order.

DONE!

Troubleshooting PayPal payments

Depending on a number of factors you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all: Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies to fix this.

PayPal is not accepting my credit card: Please double check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

I can't find a "Don't have a PayPal account?" option: Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser's cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. You might try deleting your cookies to get around this.

When will you ship to my country?

We now ship up to 32 countries for a low shipping cost from $7.90 and also offer Free Shipping on orders over $85. You will receive your shipment 10-15 business days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 3-5 days.

Please do keep in mind that Customs procedures are not included in our delivery time estimations, hence your parcel may experience short delays depending on where you live. Please be patient, because we love you and hope that your package arrives with the speed of one million lightnings.

How quickly can you answer my email?

We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving an email, but if there is an increased volume of inquiries it may take us 2-3 business days to get back to you. To help us respond to you faster, please only send one email per inquiry.

Orders & Payments

Can I edit my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staffs can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

I recently purchased an item and now it's on sale, can I get a price adjustment?

Of course! We're happy to honor price adjustments up to 3 days after you've placed an order. If an item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase, email us with your order number and we'll adjust the price.

Shipping

How long is the order processing period?

Normally it takes 3-5 days to process your order then it will be shipped out.

Processing & Shipping Times

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). Your package should be shipped out within 3-5 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are shipped from our nearest warehouse. Delivery timeframes therefore fall within 14 business days from the moment you place your order.

How could I track my package?

After we prepare and ship your package out from one of our warehouses, its tracking number will be available few days after that and you can track it.

Tracking number is not working.

Sometime tracking numbers aren't working because below reasons:

1. The carrier's tracking access is being updated or under maintenance.

2. The carrier's tracking access may be faulty.

3. Tracking failure, because the carrier's tracking access is too busy.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the vendor of your order items, you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive few business days apart.

Address Changes

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and Order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

Where are you located and ship the products from?

We have 4 separated warehouses located in United States, United Kingdom and Hongkong to ensure the fastest worldwide delivery. We ship all our products from our own warehouse with our own inventories in stock.

Why my items come from different places?

We have 4 warehouses located all around the world to support the fastest delivery. They're located at United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Hongkong.

It depends on your order and the stocks at time when you make your purchase to choose which warehouse we will ship your items out.
